Jotun is one of the leading brands in industrial, interior & exterior paints. And we as an Agency were tasked to provide an interactive point-of-sale solution for their showrooms.
I worked on planning the user experience & user interface for the Jotun Color Visualizer Kiosk, a kiosk that lets the customers and visitors visualize their favorite Jotun paints in their preferred settings. To make sure we cater to a wide range of end users, we added several locations to choose from and experiment with the paint of the locations.
Branding, UI/UX, Art Direction
The Jotun Color Visualizer kiosk had to be designed keeping in mind a touch-enabled device, where users would easily drag n drop and tap in order to navigate through the interactive experience.
To make the experience smooth & user-friendly, various wireframes were brainstormed. The final wireframes on which the final design is based upon are shown below.
The Jotun Color Visualizer follows Jotun's visual identity and guidelines in terms of color, font & overall look and feel. Jotun's Penguin mascot has been cleverly integrated within each phase of the design, to give it a lively and happy feeling.
